1. How does the Willow bottle work?
Simply plug in the charger, choose your desired temperature using the touch controls, and allow approximately 8–12 minutes for the bottle to heat. Once ready, the charger will beep and automatically switch off.

Disconnect the charger and enjoy 2–8 hours of soothing warmth, depending on your surrounding environment.
2. Do I need to fill the bottle with water?
No. Every Willow Electric Hot Water Bottle comes pre-filled during manufacturing and is permanently sealed using multiple layers of durable PVC to prevent leaks. There is never any need to refill or add water.
3. What is included with the Electric Hot Water Bottle?
Each order includes:

4. How do I use the waist strap?
Secure the heated bottle around your waist using the adjustable strap. It comfortably holds the bottle in place while targeting your lower back or pelvic area, allowing you to stay active while enjoying hands-free heat therapy.
5. Will the waist strap fit me?
Yes. The standard waist strap comfortably fits up to size 2XL. Customers ordering sizes 2XL–5XL will also receive an extension strap for additional flexibility. Both straps are adjustable for a secure and comfortable fit.
6. Does it help with endometriosis, period pain or chronic pain?
Yes. The Willow Electric Hot Water Bottle provides soothing heat that helps relax muscles, ease menstrual cramps, relieve lower back pain, reduce discomfort associated with endometriosis, and provide comfort during chronic pain flare-ups.
